We thoroughly enjoyed that quiet hotel. the room was updated and recently refurbished. - the location was magnificent, just a short walk away from Skeena Mall. - the food in the attached restaurant was fabulous.

Room, No soap or shampoo, bed not comfortable, no view and Beds not properly covered (no comforters etc....) Not worth the price paid and will never stay again..........

Right in town, could walk everywhere
I booked on line and the price was $99, but when we got there we got charge $109 so the on line had a different amount than what we paid.

My double room was impressive in terrace. It was nice to find a microwave and refrigerators. Its location was great and decent convenient to be right downtown. Very kind and nice staff at the reception desk, gave a few recommendations.

The room was adequate for my needs, the location to shops & cafe was great. Beautiful area.
TV and room decor is a little outdated. Restaurant was under renovation so had to go to Best Western for breakfast. There were some noisy partiers staying at the hotel and I encountered a bit of a fight between the travellers and the front desk clerk over room occupancy.

Convenient and downtown
They did not have our reservation from Booking. They were booked out and the receptionist was somehow able to juggle things so we eventually got a room though not what we had booked. Breakfast was at another hotel 2 blocks away. Both issues a inconvenience but acceptable. Renos seemed to be going on throughout the hotel.

The staff was incompetent and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was out of most everything including coffee and the staff could and would not help. Definitely not worth the money.
